Assistant - Admin /Number of positions 1 (on contract, initially for a period of 2 years)

Qualification : Graduate from a recognized institute/University .

Experience : 1 to 3 years in managing Admin and office related works .

Skills/Attributes: Technical a) Good communication skills b) Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Computer Skills a) Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Salary: Approximately Rs. 1.2 lakhs per year (Negotiable and commensurate with experience, qualification and pay package of last assignment)

Age : Age of the candidate should not be more than 35 years as on 1st January, 2019.

Manager (Quality Assurance)

Qualification B.Tech (Dairy)/ B.Sc (Dairy Technology) with M Tech/M Sc in Dairy Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/Dairy Microbiology in first class from reputed education institute.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in processing/milk product manufacturing section of a running milk processing unit, out of which 5 yrs should be in QA/QC section. Exposure to management of Food Safety and Quality Management System and laboratory testing shall have added advantage.

Skills/ Attributes: Technical i. Knowledge of milk quality attributes, factors affecting milk quality at production and at processing unit, manufacture of different milk products. ii. Knowledge of Quality Standards , food regulations in the country and testing operations iii. Quality and Food Safety Management Systems. iv. Knowledge of milk testing and cold chain at the procurement level in the field and plant level. v. Ability to use IT tools and analysis analytical data’s

Skills/ Attributes: Managerial i. Should be a good motivator with exceptional communication skills/ Analytical Skills & Team work and People Management Skills ii. Proficiency (read, write, speak) in Assamese, Hindi & English (any of two) is must iii. Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Inspires teammates to follow them.

Salary: Approximately Rs. 10 lakhs per year (Negotiable and commensurate with experience, qualification and pay package of last assignment)
