Duties

• Assisting with the production and development of digital marketing materials and literature

• Coordinating and managing digital marketing events and exhibitions

• Conducting interviews and research for writing articles and promotional material

• Preparing interesting written copy for digital marketing

• Uploading marketing material to online databases, internet groups and social media sites

• Answers phones, orders marketing materials and prepares check requisitions

• Coordinates the scheduling of meetings, venues and interviews

• Monitors, reviews and reports on all digital marketing activities and results

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Must be flexible with work hours
