JD – Assistant Branch Manager – CA:-
¨ Achieve number and value targets for CA, Trade accounts for Importer and Exporter, Trade Revenue, Bank Guarantee, Buyers Credit, Forward Contract, BLG, DBS and CMS products for the branch.
¨ Review progress on MOP/AOP on 1st of every month and take corrective measures.
¨ Monitor SO productivity – number and value of accounts sourced.
¨ Conduct morning and evening huddles with sales officers to handhold them in their day to day activities.
¨ Catchment mapping and allocation of areas to sales officers.
¨ Conducting Activities for generation leads for the team members.
¨ Discuss product changes and KYC training for the team on monthly basis.
¨ Handholding of new sales offices to achieve their targets.
¨ Tracking and monitoring their team leads and motivating the team and making healthy competition among the team.
¨ On boarding of all new customers
¨ Scrutinize all the AOFs sourced so as to ensure nil rejections
¨ DVR audits to ensure quality of accounts
¨ Cross sell Asset products, TTP etc.
