This role will be working with the brand head to execute various national and regional campaigns.
Key responsibilities would include:
- 1. Own atleast 4-5 seasonal brand campaigns
- 2. Be the brand SPOC for 2 (out of 4) zones
- 3. Work with the assigned zones on all creative and media requirements for:
a. Local legs of national campaigns
b. Plan the regional campaigns
c. Own the planning and execution of all zonal activations, new store launches as well as project DUM stores for the assigned zones
- 4. Create campaign plans and post evaluations for all campaigns
- 5. Work with the creative and media agencies for assigned campaigns The major challenges involved are :
1. Having a keen eye for detail to ensure visual consistency across all branded assets
2. Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
3. Develop a healthy working relationship with the zonal marketing team and understand the zonal business nuisances/ challenges
4. Maximizing ROI on marketing spends through negotiations and innovative problem solving approach
Principal Accountability:
- Drive new customer entry an number of bills (NOB)
- Execute the marketing calendar that helps bring more customers into stores and leads to higher NOB
- Identify key shopping occasions and needs and translate them into effective marketing campaigns Campaign Development
- Own the creative development (including shoots) and deployment process for all assigned campaigns with zero errors Consumer trends understanding
- Work through primary and secondary research data as well as internal customer analytics data to identify root cause for zonal business challenges Zonal expert
- Work with zonal marketing managers for all required asset development
- Create brand assets for zonal and store level activations 3. Develop appreciation for zonal business priorities and challenges and translate that into briefs for the agency Brand finances
