YEET Bakes & Cafe jobs - Assistant Chef

Education:

• 12th Pass
• Degree or Diploma in Baking/Catering/Hotel Management (preferred)

Experience:

Fresher or 1 to 3 years of Experience in Baking (Preferred) or Café or QSR

Responsibilities:

• Production of all Cakes, Breads, Puffs & other bakes
• Proper packaging and storage of baked goods
• Performing miscellaneous jobs in kitchen as assigned by the chef
• Keeping the work station clean & hygienic at all times
• Maintain and sanitize baking utensils and machinery
• Strictly adhere to food safety laws and standards while preparing bakery products.
• Manage the baking ingredients inventory and reporting
• Taking customer orders, serving & sanitizing customer tables.
• Willing to extend the work hours during festive seasons to handle bulk orders.
