HAL Recruitment 2022: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) the Avionics Division, Korwa, a division of the huge HAL organization, is accepting applications from qualified ex-servicemen of the SC category for the positions of  Assistant (Clerical) in the non-executive cadre. There are 2 vacancies for this post. Post Name: Assistant (Clerical) (D6) (Ex-Serviceman on contract basis)

Qualification Required for HAL Recruitment 2022: 
  • Full-time service trades certificates or qualifications in the Army, Air Force, or Navy, such as the MA, M.Sc., or M.Com (2 years after 10+2+3)
  • Candidates must also hold an appropriate professional certificate proving their proficiency in PC operations or typing (Minimum 3 months duration).
Minimum Percentage of Marks in the Exam for Qualification in HAL Recruitment 2022:
  • Only candidates with a qualifying degree earned through regular, full-time coursework will be taken into consideration. Candidates with a part-time, correspondence, distance learning, or e-learning background are not eligible to apply.
  • To be eligible to apply for the position, a candidate must have earned at least a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 50% across all semesters and years of study.
  • Wherever CGPA ratings or grades are given for a qualifying degree, the equivalent percentage of marks must be stated in the application form in accordance with the standards established by the university or institute. When applying for the position, a certificate to this effect from the relevant University or Institute should be included.
Shortlisting Process for HAL Recruitment 2022:
Percentage of Marks secured in Post Graduate University Degree i.e. MA/M.Sc/M.Com.

Candidates possessing higher qualifications than the required qualification indicated in the Advertisement / Notification against the respective post need not apply. Candidature of such Personnel who possess higher qualifications, than the required qualification indicated in the Advertisement / Notification applying for the post, will be rejected. An undertaking to that effect is to be submitted by the candidates along with application form at the time of applying for the post in the prescribed enclosed format-Annexure-I.

  •  All qualifications possessed by the candidates and Qualifications/Courses being pursued by them at the time of submitting the Application for employment, are to be clearly indicated in the Application Form. In other words, all the qualifications already possessed and Qualifications/Courses which are being pursued/currently undergoing are to be indicated in the Application while submitting the same for notified post in HAL.
  • Candidates who have passed the essential qualification for the post and obtained the prescribed percentage of marks, as applicable, on 20-06-2022 only need to apply.
  • Armed services personnel, who are required to serve for not more than six months ( as on 20-06-2022 ) for completing the period of service requisite for becoming entitled to be released, are eligible to apply. However, such candidates are required to enclose a certificate issued from the Armed forces in this regard.

About Company

HAL is actively engaged and is contributing to the space programmes of the country. A separate Aerospace division was established in 1988. HAL is currently meeting the requirements of structures for aerospace launch vehicles and satellites of ISRO through the Division. Infrastructure has also been set up to undertake complete assembly of the strap-on L-40 stage booster.  Structures for GSLV Mk.III, Mars Mission and Human crew module have been supplied by HAL to ISRO. HAL is also setting up dedicated facility for manufacture of cryogenic engines.   
In order to capture the growing market in the industrial gas turbine engines, a new Division called the Industrial & Marine Gas Turbine Division was formed in 1998. The LM-2500 marine gas turbine engine, a 20 MW aero derivative, is being produced and overhauled in the Division, under license. The Division also undertakes Repair and overhaul of Industrial Avon and Allison engines. The Division is doing the overhaul of various existing gas turbines in the country, thus providing cost-effective services to users such as ONGC, GAIL, TNEB, RSEB etc., for upkeep of their gas turbine.
