Job purpose: Responsible for Overall Centre operations, Turnover Targets of a clinic, Team management, Service standards of the clinic and overall customer feedback.
Primary responsibilities:
Sales planning for the month and ensuring revenue & profit targets are met.
Responsible for overall team management.
Responsible for overall service orientation towards customers
To ensure smooth running of clinic Operations
To be involved in the management and development of non‐clinical staff
Premises management & maintenance
Ensuring that effective policies and procedures are in place and updated
To be responsible for producing performance and quality standards within the Clinic,
delivered through the Quality & Outcomes Framework (QoF),Enhanced Services and
other initiatives.
To be responsible for the maintenance of the clinics CRM system, ensuring delivery of
high standards of data quality.
Ensuring the effective running of the clinics IT network, investigating, and resolving problems as required
Job Experience: Minimum 5 yrs
Qualification: Any graduate
Workdays: 6 days/week including weekends
