Role Description
Assistant Cook is responsible for assisting with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food in a professional kitchen. They must follow safety and hygiene regulations, and use food preparation techniques to create high quality dishes.
Duties:
Prepare ingredients for cooking
Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to
Assist in the preparation of dishes
Wash and clean kitchen utensils and equipment
Requirements:
