Customer Service:
· Implement 10 feet Rule:: Greet EVERY customer who comes within a 10 Feet radius of any staff
· Ensure 100% GUEST sales process implementation and compliance
· Planogram and merchandising compliance
· Ushers/ Reverse Ushers customers & acts on customer feedback
Performance Management & Review:
· Meet targets as per KPIs
· Execute plans to maximize sales, Profit and Customer Experience
· 100% responsibility and accountability for complete compliance on promotion and offer execution – Zero tolerance
In-store Merchandising:
· Ensure ticketing compliance (Correctness, cleanliness, adherence to guidelines)100% compliance on merchandising, display guidelines
· Drive liquidation of SLM & Ageing stocks
Process:
· Responsible for maintaining stock accuracy (System and Physical stocks)
· PID’s schedule compliance on a regular basis
· To ensure the adherence to SOPs in the section
· Drives “Lean Time Equals Learn Time” principle for his team
People:
· Plan staffing, sales targets for all team members
· Review performance on a daily basis for each team member and provide feedback and support to ensure they achieve the targets
Ensure every staff is fully trained before being deployed on the floor and continuous training is happening for the staff.
· Review staff performance on the floor – GUEST, Customer handling, Product knowledge
