The work involves:- Implementing & tightening stringent login procedures. Enforcement and adherence of the company credit policy at the branch. Review and soft approval of Loan files as per policy. Tracking and analysis of pre- approval documents required before final approval, which mainly includes analysis of ITR, Financials& Bank statements. Performing the functions of assessing credit worthiness of clients by reviewing all loan applications/ documents /statement / income. Tele-verification ofreferences/customer. Personal Discussion with customers. Meeting the customer, understanding business model and taking decision upon credit worthiness of the customer and his ability to repay theloan. PD for up to Loan value of Rs.2 Crore is done individually. Structuring the case basis Income details provided by the applicant under various programmes, both documented and undocumented income proof. Coordination with CPV, income documents verification vendors to ensure that there are no gaps in the reports provided & there is no impact on TAT. Pre disbursal check of files and forwarding of the same to operations for disbursals. Disbursal & Property papers Management in coordination with Lawyers. Resolution of Customer Queries Pre-Sanction & Post Disbursal. Managing processing of Sanction & Disbursement Documents, detection of documentation discrepancies and conducting timely dispatch of documents forstorage.
