Managers (AGM) job recruitment in Kangra Cooperative Bank Ltd.
Eligibility : The
persons should be graduates having minimum 8 years banking (including a
Cooperative Bank) experience at the middle/senior level. They must have
qualified CAIIB Examination conducted by Indian Institute of Bankers (IIB).
Persons having qualification of CA or ICWA with 8 years banking (including a
Cooperative Bank) experience at the middle/senior level will also be eligible.
Salary : The salary shall be negotiable and the
persons recruited will be on probation period for one year. During probation
period their designation will be Special Officers (SO). On completion of
probation period satisfactorily they will be placed at a proper scale with
perks/allowances and facilities with initial designation as AGM.
Age Limit : Age as
on 01.08.2019 shall be not less than 40 years and more than 50 years.
Selection Procedure : The selection will be made through interview.
