• Design compensation and benefits packages
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Candidate should actively participate in Campus drives,job fairs.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.

Required Experience:

• Candidate should complete their Degree or MBA
• Must Have 0-2 years Experience
• Candidate must have a good communication Skills
