HR Executive (Intern)

The Ideal candidate should be open to learn and always has the urge to explore more to improvise the overall employee life cycle.
Able to do employees / employers advocacy as and when required and should be able to propose suggestions which are in the best interest of the organization. 

Support the talent acquisition process actively.  Understand the existing HR processes and ensure their timely and effective functioning .

Requisite Skills: 

• MBA or Bachelors’ degree in human resource management preferred. 

• Relevant training or internship in Humans Resources Department

• Good verbal & written communication skills 

• Has prior knowledge of recruitment life cycle 

• Can handle multiple tasks effectively 

• Well versed with Labour compliance and laws 

• Excellent organization and time management skills 

• Strong knowledge of MS Word & Excel 

• Can handle day to day human resource functions which include but not limited to (Hiring, attendance and leave management, handling grievances and demands, liaison between management and employees, onboarding  session, exit interviews, engagement activities, succession  planning, employees retention)
