● Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in all the requirements.
● Work with other teams and get the requirements at all levels.
● Write the Job descriptions by connecting with the stakeholders in the Org.
● Connect with the candidates over the phone and guide them about the business and functions.
● Interview potential candidates using our standard process.
● Introduce new hires to the team and walk them through the functional responsibilities.
● To follow-up references and check credits.
● Proven working experience in recruiting.
● Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
● Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
● Must have Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
