JOB DUTIES-As an Assistant HR Manager you have to pursue the following duties:
1Knowledge of HR Policies and HR-related regulations
2Knowledge of management principles and practices
3Skill in oral and written communication
4Ability to communicate with employees and clients in a professional and courteous manner
5Ability to negotiate with others and resolve conflicts, particularly in sensitive situations
6Staffing related tasks-Shortlisting and Selection of candidates
Skills required-
1Proficiency in MS-Office and Internet
2Good Communication skills
3Ability to make sound decisions
Qualification required-Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university
