JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contact with candidates individuals to gather information and analyze existing information processes, determine and document gaps and areas for improvement, prepare requirements documents, functional design documents, etc.
• Management of team, assign and track work progress of subordinates on daily basis.
• Conduct maturity assessments and strategy studies in order to improve organizational efficiency.
• Conducts training sessions, planning and executing technical and functional transition to support team.
• Ability to grasp business and technical concepts.
• Guides works and projects.
• Regular communications with candidates over email and call.
• Training for group members in video conference
Qualifications required-
All Management field like BBA, MBA, BA, B.COM etc.
