JOB DESCRIPTION:
HR Recruiter – Core responsibilities will be to deal with Recruitment & Documentation of new joiners.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good in both Verbal and Written communication.
-Highly motivated and self driven.
-Should be a Team player with excellent Interpersonal skills.
-Fast learner.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Have to do the initial screening of candidates through various job portals.
-Have to do bulk hiring.
-Conducting initial telephonic interview round & scheduling the Face to Face round of interviews.
- Documentation and filing of new joiners.
QUALIFICATION:
- MBA(HR) / BBA(HR) is a must.
EXPERIENCE:
Freshers or (0-6) Months of experience in the same.
