Position – Instrumentation Engineering

Educational Qualification:           

Ø  B.tech in Instrumentation Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 50% marks.

Ø  Diploma (Preferred)

Job description

Ø  Exposure in various field equipment's like all type of flow meters, valves, level transmitters, load cell systems, networking, and communication, panel wiring, troubleshooting with the help of drawings & instrument manuals etc.

Ø  Good exposure in Maintenance and Repair of instruments based on PLC & SCADA system, SQL and network communication.

Ø  Sound Knowledge of the various sensor used for temperature, pressure, position control, read switches, photo sensor, etc.

Ø  Experience in load cell, pressure transmitter - Calibration, replacement, and troubleshooting, etc.

Ø  Sound Knowledge of I/O Control Wiring and Circuit and drawing reading.

Ø  Should have exposure in project Erection, Commissioning, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, etc related Instrumentation activities.

Ø  Should have experience in ASRS PLC programming, VFD configuration, validation of systems, servo drive, AC-DC drives of different make, PM, BM activities in machines, SOV, TT, PT, LS, troubleshooting of all instruments as mentioned etc.

Ø  Electrical Utility maintenance is preferable for the candidate.

Ø  Sound knowledge of Budget preparation, inventory management, manpower management, SOP documentation, Audit, and Liaison with Govt.

Ø  Ensure proper documentation and record keeping in line with GMP & FSSAI requirements.

Ø  Work under general supervision, performing routine and regular tasks as per manufacturing processes and associated documents.

Ø  Perform manual/electronic data entry requirements at each operation.

Ø  Undergo training in required processes.

Ø  Demonstrate tasks when certified to uncertified operators and check their work.

Ø  Compliance with Company’s Health & Safety policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Erection, Installation and commissioning Of Instrument Systems.

Ø  Checking of Instrument Installation as Per P & I Drawing

Ø  Calibration of instruments, Like PT, FT, TT, DPT, Control Valves, etc. Commissioning and Erection Experience in Pharma plants, utility plants, boiler systems.

Ø  Hands-on Experience Loop Checking and Functional Testing of All Instruments

Ø  Line Up and Error Correction the Actuators, Control Valves, and Field Instruments

Ø  Commissioning assistance of SWAS Panel, SCADA system

Ø  Servicing and Calibration of Pneumatic and Electronics Positioned and Control Valves

Ø  Experience in Instruments Handle Like, Temp Transmitter, Temp Sensors (RTD, Thermocouple, Ni-1000),Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Sensor, Diff. Pressure Transmitter, VFD, Temp. Controller, Level Switch, Level Transmitter, Flow Meter, control valve, i/p Etc.

Ø  Analyzing Data and Producing Reports Based on Them. Experience in the areas of

Ø  SCADA and HMI Pages, PLC, HMI, DRIVE.

Ø  Installation, Testing and Calibration of Different Types Transmitter and Instrument use for measurement of flow, level, pressure, and temperature.

Ø  Checking of P&ID, IO List, Cable schedule list, panel wiring, junction box, and loop diagram in Auto CAD Software.

Ø  Instrument Loop Testing, Cable laying and Termination as well as commissioning of the system.

Ø  Fault finding and troubleshooting of instrument and pneumatic system.

Ø  Configuration of different Communication Protocol like Control Net, Device Net Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, CAN, and OPC.

Ø  Knowledge of instrument index and hookup diagram.

Ø  Knowledge of ABB makes Pro control P13 DCS System and Yokogawa CS-3000DCS.

Ø  Knowledge of Industry standard –IEC, CE Mark, NEME, and Hazardous Area Classification.

Ø  Experience in Fiber optic cable and its connection.

Salary: ₹30000 to ₹40,000.00 /month
