Educational Qualification:
Ø B.tech in Instrumentation Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 50% marks.
Ø Diploma (Preferred)
Job description
ü To be able to plan the activities / Deliverables as per the Project / Client requirement
ü To be able to plan the resources as per the Deliverables / Schedule
ü To be able to read and Understand P& IDs / PFDs thoroughly
ü TO be able to Co-ordinate with other Disciplines & Project management team
ü Should be familiar with following Detail Engineering Deliverables:
ü Instrument Index
ü Instrument specifications
ü I/O list
ü JB Schedule
ü Cable Schedule
ü Interconnection Wiring Schedules
ü Control Loop Diagrams
ü Hook-up Drawings
ü Equipment Location Drawings for Field Instrumentation
ü Field Junction Box Lay-Out Drawings
ü Power Distribution Field Box Lay-Out Drawings
ü Embedded plate and channel base drawings for I&C equipment
ü Installation Material Lists for Field Instrumentation
ü Cable lists with cable routing information
ü Cable tray drawings, with supporting structures included etc
ü Should have thorough knowledge of below Codes and Standards:
The company executes Turnkey Contracts to supply the Balance of Plant ('BOP') Equipment, Services and Civil works for Power Generation projects, in which it supply, from a single source, the Balance of the plant, i.e. items other than the Boiler, Turbine and Generator. Having successfully executed BOP contracts, it has begun to focus on Engineering, Procurement and Construction ('EPC') contracts, in which it Design, Engineer and Supply all of the equipment required for a Power Plant including the Boiler, Turbine and Generator and Civil works. The Company is currently executing BOP and EPC contracts tailored to customer demands.
