Assistant Law Officer
NTPC is looking for 05 Assistant Law Officers at the E0 level for its Projects/Stations
1. Position: Assistant Law Officer
2. No of Post: 05
3. Eligibility Criteria:
a. Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent-full time degree from a recognized Indian University/Institute) with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates).
b. Students in the final semester of the qualifying course can also apply, however, they must be able to produce a mark sheet and course completion certificate/provisional degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) on or before 31.08.2022.
c. Candidates must appear for the CLAT-2022 (Common Law Admission Test-2022) Post Graduate program (conducted only by the Consortium of National Law Universities)
d. Candidates shall be shortlisted for document verification based on CLAT-2022 Post Graduate program performance, from amongst the candidates who apply against this advertisement in NTPC. Further, the candidates will be extended "Offer of Appointment" subject to meeting the advertised eligibility criteria.
e. Please note that CLAT score of any other year or score of any other examination will not be considered valid

4. Pay Scale: E0 Level: Rs. 30000/-120000/-
Age Limit:
The upper age limit is 30 years as of the last date of online application in NTPC.
Application Fees:
Candidates belonging to the General/EWS/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 300/- The SC/ ST/ PwBD/ XSM category and female candidates need not pay the registration fee
