1. Name of the Post: Assistant Law Officer

No of Post: 01 (one) as per DOPT guidelines

Pay in the Matrix: Level -8 or ( Rs 9300-34800 +GP 4800/- Pre Revised)

Deputation: Officers under the Central/State UTs, Universities, Public Sector Semi Government/ Statutory/ Organisations Government/ Undertaking, Autonomous

a. Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or with three years' service in the grade pay in the Level -7 (GP-4600, Pre Revised) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre. or with six years' service in the grade pay in the Level -6 in the pay matrix( GP 4200, Pre Revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre.

b. Having Educational Qualification as follows: Possessing Law Degree from a recognised University

Essential Experience: Experience in handling Legal services and other legal Matters including those in the Courts or Tribunal at least for three years

2. Name of the Post: Private Secretary

No of Post: 06 (one) as per DOPT guidelines

Pay in the Matrix: Level -8 or ( Rs 9300-34800 +GP 4800/- Pre Revised)

Eligibility: Deputation: Officers under the Central/State Government/ UTs, Central/State Universities, Public Sector Undertaking, Semi Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Organisations: Holding analogous posts on regular

a. basis in the parent cadre or with three years' service in the grade pay in the Level -7 ( GP-4600, Pre Revised) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre. or with six years' service in the grade pay in the Level -6 in the pay matrix( GP -4200, Pre Revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre.

b. Having Educational Qualification as follows: Essential Qualification: Possessing Degree from a recognised University

Essential Experience: knowledge of computer and Engish short hand speed should be not less than 120 wpm.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

The National Commission for Women was set up as statutory body in January 1992 under the National Commission for Women Act, 1990 ( Act No. 20 of 1990 of Govt.of India ) to : review the Constitutional and Legal safeguards for women ; recommend remedial legislative measures ; facilitate redressal of grievances and advise the Government on all policy matters affecting women.
