Description
The Below the Line (BTL) /Identity Lead is responsible for leading and implementing a range of targeted below-the-line brand and communications programmes, contributing to the delivery of the organisation�s overall Brand strategy.

Job Responsibilities*
- Builds the capability to best leverage BTL campaign execution ;*
- Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (eg product management team, product developers, researchers, marketing team and creative agencies) to set priorities for planning ;*
- Develops new and innovative ways to communicate with existing and prospective customers to land BTL marketing messages;*
- Provides thought leadership, driving change and implementing new ways of BTL communications and brand identity;*
- Designs and implements the best BTL marketing and identity processes and compliancy checks to ensure excellent execution ;*
- Manages brand guidelines, monitors BTL marketing trends and oversees all content and communications to make sure the right message is delivered for the product or service;*
- Contributes to end to end delivery of brand identity projects from brief to execution;*
