SBU: Regional HR – East

Grade: E1 (40000 - 140000)

Minimum Qualification: 2 years full time regular degree in MBA with a specialization in HR / MSW

Minimum Experience (Years): 1 year as on 21.05.2021

Preferred Experience: Candidates with relevant experience of Recruitment / PMS / OB / OD Initiatives / Corporate HR / Factory HR / IR in CPSE / CPSE Subsidiaries shall be preferred

Indicative Job Description ; The incumbent will be responsible for –

a. Initiation of Manpower Requisition form for all categories as SBU-HR, to modify and update the Organization structure.

b. Probation/ Confirmation / Transfer and other life cycle related events as for Officers in the Assigned Region. Includes all Transfer / re-designation etc. as SBU-HR.

c. Recruitment of Non-Regulars (Outsourced and Direct Contract) for the Region

d. Completion of life cycles events including Performance Appraisal and Salary Increments as SBU-HR.

e. Implementation of PMS as per timelines including Moderation.

f. Updating Life Cycle actions in SAP for the region.

g. Onboarding and Induction of Non-Regulars & Officers. Co-ordination with Manpower Agencies.

h. Exit Interviews for assigned region.

i. Exit formalities and closure of F&F for Non-Regulars

j. Other special support as and when desired.

k. And other assignments as may be given from time to time The above list is indicative only and not exhaustive

Place of Posting: The initial place of posting may be in Kolkata. However, candidates may be placed at any of the locations in India or abroad where the Company or its Joint Ventures has its operations and the decision on the matter shall be made at the time of joining at the sole discretion of the Company depending on the exigencies of work.
