Role: Assistant Manager- Accounts Receivables

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualification: CA/MBA- Finance

Location: Pune (Koregoan Park)

Candidate: Male/Female.

Job Description:

 Lead AR team and responsible for designing/updating SOPs and monitoring adherences to

SOPs related to AR.

 Fair to work across multiple IT applications including OMS/WMS/Finance ERP to ensure

correct and timely recording of sales and monitoring of receivables.

 Developing accounting manuals for new streams of revenue/revenue collection added

across the platforms-online/offline

 Ensure accurate month-ends and be the POC for all process audits/statutory audits for AR

 Liaison with warehouse/operations team to map accurate inventory count & valuation

including identifying slow moving inventory and minimizing losses on bad inventory.

 Interact with product/logistics/marketing teams on how to minimize revenue leakages in

terms of recording/reporting and collection

 Well versed with MS-Excel and hands on finance EPR-Tally/SAP/Navision/Quick books


Professional Qualifications & Others

 CA/M.B.A. Finance with 1-4 year(s) of experience

 Industry preference: E-Commerce, Travel, Retail

 Flexible to work on alternate Saturdays [ 1st/3rd/5th]
