Job Description

  • Closing books of accounts on monthly basis.
  • Preparing Profit and Loss Account of the company on monthly basis for further submission to the management.
  • Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz. Journal Ledger, cash book, bank book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
  • Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account and Balance Sheet.
  • Reconciliation of Inter branch and Intercompany accounts and monitoring branch records.
  • Preparing creditors/ debtor’s reconciliation statements.
  • Responsible for deduction of TDS and GST along with their compliance and depositing to the Government account at their due date.
