ASSISTANT MANAGER – ADMIN AND FACILITIES

Requirements:

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-

  • A Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Knowledge of Facility Management and Administrative Procedures
  • 3-7 years experience in Admin or Facilities of large warehouses or manufacturing facility
  • Prior experience of designing Admin processes and cost control measures
  • Prior experience in driving statutory compliance and audits
  • Knowledge of Facility Management of large warehouse/Manufacturing facilities
  • Excellent organizational and Multitasking skills  
  • Experience in facility maintenance like Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC etc
  • Analytical mind with problem solving skills
  • Self-motivating and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of Kannada would be an added advantage
