Job Description

We have urgent requirement for Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager – CRM
 Candidate must have minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Real Estate, preferably with CAT A/CAT B builders
 Good communication skills
 Strong convincing skills
 Must be analytical & should have eye for details
 Disciplined, Positive attitude & must be target-oriented
 Good team-player
 Any Graduate
Responsibilities:
1. Will be responsible for handling customers end-to-end post sales right from giving welcome call till hand over
2. Ability to handle customers well & ensure quick conversions of booking to agreements
3. Follow the process of the Organization, liaise with legal & fiancé team and ensure agreements are completed within the TAT time
4. Liaise with the customers & bankers/home loan executive for getting home loan sanctions, completing documentation & disbursements from bank
5. Co-ordinate with sales teams regularly for bookings that need help
6. Ensure to address all customer queries within the TAT
7. Co-ordinate with concern team/executive for registration
8. Maintain all data/MIS
