Proposal Development: Collaborate with the operations team to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of potential clients. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while also maximizing revenue and profitability for the organization. Strategic Partnerships: Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances with other companies or service providers to enhance the organization's service offerings and market reach. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting new clients, following up on leads, and tracking progress through the sales cycle using CRM software. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and geographic regions, leveraging insights from market research and industry analysis. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and client satisfaction levels, to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred or Any degree. Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the Facility Management industry. Strong understanding of facility management services, including Technical maintenance & Soft services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
