Job Description

Assistant Manager - Chemical (IP)

JREQ104899

Mumbai, MH

COMPETENCIES :

Strong technical skills for comprehending complex technology concepts and critical skills for evaluating technology features in chemical engineering, metallurgy, and/or pharmaceutical chemistry
Superior writing and oral communication skills with a particular ability to translate scientific concepts into language easily understood by the non-scientist
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Self-starter, meticulous with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in using different patent and non-patent databases
People management including periodic performance discussions with reporting team, tracking operational/performance metrics, identifying training needs of the reporting team, employee engagements, being a point of contact for the team to spot/address/escalate issues
Ability to conduct training on patent projects, patent laws etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects
Client management skills

QUALIFICATION: B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Tech./ Ph.D – Chemical / Polymer Engineering

REMUNERATION: Commensurate with industry standards
