Job description

a. Creating the forecast of volume and resources.

b. End to End Project Management

c. Lead the team of Team leaders and work according to set processes.

d. Ensure team(s) meets the set targets of productivity

e. Client Interaction

Required Candidate profile

1. Good written and verbal communication skills

2. Task-oriented and self-directed with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.

3. Able to remain detail-oriented while working at high volume.

4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

5. Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly

6. Strong capabilities in the G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office (Excel)

7. Available and flexible to work evenings and weekends if needed.

8. Must have 2-3 years experience in content operations
