Position Purpose
- To promote of ESCON brand, products, and services through a variety of digital channels & methods using the internet and mobile technology.
Candidate Qualification & Experience
- Masters/bachelor’s degree in advertising or Marketing
- 4 - 15 Years’ experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media MarketingThrough performance marketing - Facebook Blueprint Certifications, Google Ads Marketing Certification, YouTube Certification, Google Analytics Certification.

- Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms

- Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Business, Google Ads, Salesforce, Hootsuite, etc.
- Proficiency in Video & Picture editing Software’s Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Preference Immediate joiners are preferred
- A structured, data-driven, user-centric approach to problem-solving
- High levels of learning agility to learn and adapt to new platforms, and ideas.
- High empathy levels to coach students and young professionals
- Knowledge about copywriting, copyediting, email marketing
- Knowledge about SEO Strategies & count of no. of visitors to a website.
- Experience in Mobile marketing, online advertising, PPC Campaigns.
Position Profile
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and help implement regional marketing support for the global BD team.
- Digital media lead across all social media and websites. Website review, updates, and maintenance.
- Devising, executing, and monitoring digital advertisements for accurate performance.
- Measuring ROI for digital marketing and making recommendations on the most optimal
- solutions.
- Content ideation, brainstorming, drafting, and finalization of white papers or brochures.
- Event management support- Webinar/ Conferences/ Client Visit.
- Identification and management of brand placement budget with multiple external agencies.
- Annual budgeting for marketing and conference in collaboration with the global BD team.
- CRM integration support for marketing material and seamless access to the BD team.
- Define key brand attributes for ESCON and develop a marketing strategy to promote them through multi-channel mediums.
- Identify, Select and Collaborate with external agencies or deliver partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help generate sales pitches/ key differentiators.
- Deliver monthly reports of performance and plan ahead across all platforms.
