1. Supervising upkeep of office on daily basis.

2. Housekeeping activities:
- Attendance monitoring of ServiceMax employees.
- Training room and Boardroom cleaning and equipment check
- Guard attendance and rotation check
- Pantry cleaning and equipment check
- Housekeeping of all workstations
- Coordinating central AC issues with helpdesk of building

3. Follow up for billd from vendors

4. Voucher preparation for vendors

5. Keeping track of inventory of stationery (Letter Head, Envelopes, Cartidges, Xerox papers, General Office stationery and common application form)

6. Booking cabs, flowers, chocolates etc and ensuring on time delivery of services.

7. Hotel bookings for rooms and banquet requirement

8. Support other admin activities like Mail Room.
