Job Description:
- This role would be responsible for handling entire employee life cycle operations for a city, right from the employee’s joining to his/her training.
- He/she would also be responsible to look after the employee relations and handle their grievances.
- This role would give the candidate a good & in-depth experience in the domain.
- Since this role is a people’s manager’s role in the city of Chennai, we would require the candidate needs to be good in speaking & understanding the Tamil, Hindi & English language.

Role:
The job role comprises of below responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end Employee relations & engagement activities related to our store staff, Kitchen staff and Managers at the Kitchens in Chennai.
- To understand employee behavior and training through continuous interactions and consulting with Area Delight Managers and Zonal Delight Manager.
- For Query Handling/ Resolution of grievances at all levels – You would need to ensure that it's resolved in co-ordination with respective stakeholders.
- To ensure a cohesive, positive and collaborative working environment through effective employee connect and engagement.
- For Data Analysis to understand trends and take corrective actions wherever required in consultation with respective stakeholders.
- For managing end to end Employee life cycle.

Education/Qualification: Bachelor's / Master of Business Administration
