Job Description:

 

  • Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, salary negotiation, medical and on-boarding.
  • Prepare the annual Manpower Plan & Budget.
  • Managing the process of employee absorptions / extensions / probations / closure of service contracts along with employee benefits including Conveyance, Mobile, Data Card, Staff Household Shifting.
  • Conducting exit interview formalities and F&F settlements process.
  • Ensuring effective PMS Process (Bell Curve System),conducting promotion interviews and managing employee feedback system.
  • Drive PMS & OD initiatives like, annual and midyear promotions, annual performance achievement, compensation and salary administration according to geographic entity guidelines, Individual Development Plans.
  • Keeping track of Compensation, Incentives and bonus across levels.
  • Looking at the time management across levels through bio metric system and making it align with ERP System.
  • Successfully running payroll process as per company attendance and leave policy and making sure salary are released on time.
  • Talent Acquisition, PMS & C&B, Time Management & Payroll, Statutory Compliances, HR Operations and Administration.
