Timings 6.30 PM IT - 3.30 AM IT
Roles and Responsibilities
• Implementation of the policies
• Performance management
• End to end performance review
• Joining formalities and Induction
• End to end employee engagement including conduction of surveys etc.
• Handling employee relations, assisting with employees queries & handling grievances
• Interdepartmental coordination
• Support business functions
• HRIS management (as and when required)
Candidate’s Profile
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR across partnering for various HR activities
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be flexible & have detail-oriented attitude
• Must possess strong personal and professional ethics
• Full-time MBA/PGDM.
