Grade: E1 (40000 - 140000)

Minimum Qualification: Full time regular Degree in Engineering or MCA

Minimum Experience (Years): 1 year as on 21.05.2021

Preferred Experience: Candidates with excellent communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, experienced in Customer Support and with experience in Aviation / Similar Industries shall be preferred.

Place of Posting: The initial place of posting may be in Delhi. However, candidates may be placed at any of the locations in India or abroad where the Company or its Joint Ventures has its operations and the decision on the matter shall be made at the time of joining at the sole discretion of the Company depending on the exigencies of work. The Company reserves the right to create a panel through empanelment of candidates if more than one candidate is found suitable and offer employment opportunity to such empaneled candidate(s) in future in similar role at same or different locations

Indicative Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for –

a. Providing day to day support to assigned clients pertaining to application technical Issues.

b. QA software testing

c. Coordination with external/internal business partners/vendors/suppliers

d. Ensure end to end resolution of customer’s dispute and its resolution.

e. Monitoring of system and analysis on results, its fare and other details, dealcode/tour code benefits support

f. Working experience in Web Application Development using JAVA, Knowledge/ Experience of HTML, Java script and CSS

g. Good understanding of various types of testing (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing)

h. Software development methodology knowledge/ exposure

i. Experience in Application support in remote/ retail sales scenario

j. Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time. The above list is indicative only and not exhaustive
