HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER
ROLE SUMMARY
An assistant manager is an inspiring job role who’s responsible for ensuring the productivity and quality of employee performance to achieve the long-term vision of the company and to identify business performance with required upgraded skills and knowledge.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and presenting reports on back-office performance, including metrics such as productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time
- Train and mentor, the team to ensure they possess the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues or concerns within the team
- Facilitating effective communication between the back-office team and other departments within the organization
- Identifying and resolving issues that may arise in back-office operations and implementing preventive measures to avoid future problems.
- Extracting and upgrading new techniques and ideas for backend process
- Analyzing and approving the onboarding shops
- Directing the back office with relevant instructions and clearing their queries
- Monitoring the calls
- Assisting and checking the administrative task
- Coordinating and Assisting with Manager in developing organization’s goals and strategies
- Reporting the absence of employees in backend
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint and Adept Computer Knowledge
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to turn up with new ideas and to do multi-tasking.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions.
- Adept skill in Conflict Management
