Job Description

Assistant Manager

Location : Hyderabad

Job Requirements :

  • Mentoring and Monitoring a team of 3 - 5 Inside Sales Executives
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Ensuring generation of new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow ups.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and align them in a way to achieve the business goals
  • Achieve quarterly targets for sales meeting and demo setting
  • Use relevant Marketing collateral to keep leads engaged
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Weekly follow up with field personnel and reporting of the status of leads
  • Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity
  • Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Work closely with Sales Team to ensure that leads generated are assigned and worked upon till closure as per standard company process

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Key skills: MBA

Desired profile: Pre Sales / Inside Sales Experience in a Similar Industry with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
