Designation: Assistant Manager
- Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
-Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
-Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
-Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
-Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
-Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
Qualification & Skills
Master's Of Business Administration in Human Resources or related business field
2+ years experience in a human resources supervisory position
Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws
Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
