Selection to this Post Graduate Diploma course will be based on an online test and an interview conducted by Sundaram Finance.

Structure of the course:

The Post Graduate Diploma course is delivered in three parts:

Four months of residential classroom training at Manipal Global Education with a stipend of Rs. 2500/- p.m.
Two months of internship at Sundaram Finance locations with a stipend of Rs. 5000/- p.m.
Six months of on-the-job training as Executive Sales Trainee with a stipend of Rs. 7500/- p.m.

On completion of this training, the degree will be provided by Manipal Academy of Higher Education (Deemed to be University, Institution of Eminence) and the students will be employed as Assistant Managers by Sundaram Finance

Fee Structure for the Course:

The fee for the Post Graduate Diploma course is Rs. 1.50 lakhs + 18% GST, which is payable to Manipal Global Education. Fee, once paid, is non-refundable. Other terms and conditions will be discussed once the candidate is selected for the course.
Sundaram Finance can refer students to renowned banks for educational loans for the Post Graduate Diploma course. However, Sundaram Finance does not provide any assurance for securing the loan.
Sundaram Finance will reimburse the entire fee of the Post Graduate Diploma course, if students continue to be employed in Sundaram Finance for three years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Pre- Disbursement Activity

Handling foot falls at the dealerships and dealership related activities.
Field Investigating Activity.
Lead generation through promotional activities conducted by SFL.
Collection of prospective customer information.

2. Disbursement:

Processing application for approval.
Obtaining documents from customers for payment.
Collection invoice/Insurance and other respective papers.
Processing the loan documents for payment.

3. Post Disbursement:

Confirmation of delivery of Tractor and Farm equipment.
Collection of registration certificate if applicable.
Collection of insurance policy if applicable.

4.Recovery Management:

Responsible for initiating repossession proceeding, maintain records of collection and status of accounts.
Customer relations and cross selling:
Responding to customer queries and grievances and providing timely information and redressal.
Exploring favorable cross selling opportunities with the customers.
