Department :Virtual Sales Officer
Designation: Assistant manager
Job Location : Mumbai
Experience : Min 3 years-17years
Qualification : Graduates
Salary : upto 7 LAC-8 LAC/INCENTIVE/BONUS (As per industry standards + perks (evaluation based on quality profiles)
Status : Permanent staffing under direct company payroll

Job Profile :

Major work will be agency business development
Getting new business, generating leads
Team member roll, Team handling roll
Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
Monitoring agency performance, training, guiding them to achieve their performance
Guiding and supporting the agents to clear the exams
Relation building and servicing new agents
Co-ordination with the company, superiors & agents to ensure all support is timely provided
Tracking and recording performances
Retention of Agents and Advisors by formulating their development plans
Candidate have experience in GENERAL INSURANCE SECTOR
