Better requires process discipline and simplification
We’ll be looking for you to assist with the successful development of product strategy & management of product offerings. You will contribute to the execution of our long-term vision through the initiation of new products. You’ll manage the products through its full lifecycle and ensure that key stakeholders are updated on its progress as well as aligned with their vision. Using reporting, you will also provide recommendations in any enhancements to the product that help develop tools to measure its effectiveness. You’ll use analytics tools to measure product metrics & provide recommendations for optimizing our products and improving customer experience.
For this role, you’ll have 7 to 10 years of overall work experience, including 2 to 3 years as a software engineer or similar. You’ll need you to have had exposure in product management from a building and launching phase while working with stakeholders across various locations. You’ll have product management experience for a software product, either B2B or B2C; Cloud experience is a plus. You’ll bring a strong understanding of technology, analytics, AB tests, strong empathy for end customers. You are familiar with Agile methodologies and standard knowledge of modern web/SaaS technologies and systems. You can break down complex requirements into simple documents, stories, and flows along with an attention to detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences. Having experience with lean and agile methodologies is an advantage.
