Will be responsible for designing, developing and managing learning and development programs related to leadership pipeline and management development, workforce skill transformation and talent development
Lead organizational transformation/learning programs (OD/OE) along with the Head – L&D
Partner and consult with assigned businesses and manage their overall people development agenda
Drive learning experience, learning culture and new-age learning methodologies
Conduct learning needs analysis and prepare learning plans
Design, develop and manage L&D programs related to leadership pipeline and management development, workforce skill transformation and talent development
Manage a part of the L&D teams
Understanding of talent and leadership development
Knowledge of OD/change management
Experience in project/program management
Understanding of learning needs analysis and instructional design, assessment center/psychometric assessment and knowledge management will be an added advantage
