Job Description

ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER - RECRUITMENT- BFSI/ INSURANCE INDUSTRY

Experience: 2 - 7 Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Work Location: B-8, In front of Jaypee Hospital, Sector -132, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh.(Free Shuttle Service From Botanical Metro Station) 

Work Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, Five Days a Week (Saturday Sunday Off)

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Individual service delivery on mandates (Sourcing)
  • SPOC / Client Management
  • MIS preparation & reporting

Desired Skills / Experience:
  • Proven track record in a recruitment consulting set-up is a must have.
  • Strong experience in BFSI Non-Technical industry (Banking and Insurance Industry).
  • Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging assignments with a zeal to own and close tough mandates.
  • Excellent headhunting / mapping skills.
  • Flair for managing relationships with clients as well as stakeholders.
