To plan & execute green & brown field Projects for Pigment & Pigment dispersion plants including Utility & ETP
Take up Process & cost improvement Projects , monitor & successfully implement .
To extend his scope of work , he shall monitor Plant maintenance also with help of Maintenance Engineer
Detailing for project execution ( P&lD preparation, Layout preparation etc.)
Preparing work breakdown structure and detailed schedule for project execution and monitoring of the same.
Coordination and liaison with various manufacturing units, vendors, Consultant
Floating of enquiry, raising PRs, follow up for purchase order preparation, drawing approval,
Preparation of BOQ of equipment, piping, valves, packages and others for the expansion/modification or new project.
Prepare the technical specification for the equipment required for the project.
Ensure that all stated conditions are fulfilled against PO by doing or arranging for Inspection Visit.
Bill processing, asset transfer through SAP system
Coordination with Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Operation and site to achieve completion of activities for the project.
Circulate Project progress report with financial status of all Projects under implementation.
Ensure Project handover to site with complete documentation before closing the project.
