Job Description:
- The purpose of the job is to Design APC channel process and operational initiatives track the progress of channel operations and MIS and other relative business projects for APC.
- The role will also provide backend and operational support to the Head APC & Zonal Managers by doing critical coordination with internal & external stakeholders for the channel to provide support to establish and make the channel operational and successful right from the build up phase.
- The role is responsible for regular coordination with internal departments for MIS/Reports generation & for building sales process & systems & business tracking purpose.
- To help Head APC to create critical and robust channel sales processes and to provide critical MIS support as per defined timelines.
- Develop automation to reduce TAT and increase data integrity.
- Reconcile the MIS and Data of refunds freelook and reconsideration section in order to improve the control activities
- Planning & Budgeting-Data Management
- Coordinate and communicate with Branches and different sections at HO like Compliance Accounts Legal Planning etc
- Coordinate with various Vendors of APC for ensuring seamless issuance of policies within prescribed TAT
Qualifications: Graduate
