· Achieving sales target in a given territory within the stipulated timeframe
· Collecting payments from the Dealers and facilitating the timely payments by retailers to dealers within the stipulated timeframe.
· Developing Network (Dealers / Retailers) spread
· Arranging for Market Promotional Activities in the given territory
· Collecting Marketing Intelligence information of Competitor's product, processes, services, etc.,
· Ensure timely delivery of the product
· Maintaining cordial relationship with Dealers, Sub-dealers, Engineers, Contractors, Masons and end-users.
· Execute CRM activities – organizing counter meets, Engineer meets, contractors meets, etc.
· Site visits / visiting individual house builders
· Attending to Customer Complaints
· Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales report
