Job Description

Assistant Manager- Non Motor Claims

Location: Kolkata

Education: Minimum Graduate

Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years in General Insurance in similar role

Primary Responsibilities:

Processing for the Non Motor Claims within the terms of policy & the service standards as laid down from time to time.
Register the claims
Preparation and maintenance of MIS
Appoint surveyor on receipt of the claims intimation
Appoint claims investigator
Call for the requirements in connection with the claim from the insured
Follow up for the timely completion of the work

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Understand Insurance Products
Ability to connect with cross function level
Computer proficiency
