• Assisting Manager Operations in security operations
• Collect Weekly feedback from the client on the services and share it with his immediate superior. 
• Assist security managers in writing and developing security policies and procedures for the security of the department, oversee all necessary training modules and procedures for security staff, and provide protection to important persons when necessary.
• Guiding and resolving day to issues faced by Field Officers or Executives at client sites
• Keep track of daily activities of his subordinates, make visit route plan for them and prepare daily operations report
• Conduct morning meetings involving all operations staff every day and make daily activity plans and make review of last day’s work.
• Day to day follow-up with the field officers and executives related to security services, client service, operation performance, security checks, visit of spots, etc.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the site by keen supervision so that any deviation/disturbances caused by our manpower deployed at the site must be arrested with no delay
• Prepare security-related reports like an incident report, snag report, manpower shortage and replacement report
• Develop strategic initiatives proactively to tackle emergency situations or post-incident action plan with all the details such as place and type etc.
• Be in regular liaising with the Recruitment team for getting the right manpower
• Provide regular training to operations staffs with proper guidance to rules and regulations.
• Plan for Security Services for high-risk events
• Focus on retention of existing business and generate new business from references
• Assist in emergency management plans with responding to medical, bomb, threats, fire, intrusion etc. Following up with an emergency response procedure.
• Conduct security surveys; generate reports and other operations related documents/reports. 
• Identifying  accommodations, training facility etc for pre deployment training or post-deployment phase.

Job Specification:

• Must be able to solve practical problems quickly and efficiently when the need arises.
• Must be able to handle paperwork and fill out reports for management.
• Must be able to communicate well
• Must effectively respond to questions and concerns raised by top management, customers and security staff as well as.
• Must be physically fit to travel.Must possess supervisory and management skills,
