Identify solutions for business needs/problems, document business requirements, process maps and facilitate
approvals for complex and varied business needs within the capability.
● Participate in and provide feedback on end to end review of business requirements and process maps.
● Perform gap analysis for a process impacted by the project.
● Lead/facilitate meetings and drive claim related business requirement deliverables and support process mapping
for small, medium sized projects.
● Work with project manager and contribute to the development of project timeline and schedule. Own overall
solution from inception to roll out.
● Coordinate with business partners, project team and IT on requirements tracking and traceability
● Handle User Experience concepts when developing process maps and business requirements.
● Create, review and assess Change Requests for work stream impact analysis (as needed).
● Review and approve Use Cases/Functional Requirement Documents.
● Support User Acceptance Testing and co-ordinates activities related to the assigned project.
● Communicate with management regarding project status and impact to resource allocation and timelines.
